How do I request a service?

How often does T.I RESCUE staff visit?
Initially, visits are frequent to install the product, organize the infrastructure, stabilize the company and train staff if needed. Later, visits happen only when the client requires them.
Is there an extra charge for 24/7 support?
No, this service is included in the value agreed with the client.
What if I pay my invoice after the due date?
The service keeps working without any harm, but technical support is suspended until the invoice is paid.
